High-altitude Corridor between Commercial Buildings

The construction project is the installation part of the high-altitude steel structure corridors, including: two steel structure corridors between the building #3 and building #5, and three steel structure corridors between the building #3 and the building #4. The maximum specification of H-beam is H1300*350/400*22*25/30, and the total weight of the steel structure is about 71 tons. We use high-altitude welding operations to complete this project.

Building#3-#5 High-altitude Steel Corridor:
Located at an elevation of 5.5 meters and an elevation of 9.05 meters, respectively, with a length of 10.9 meters and a width of 2.15 meters.
Building#3-#5 High-altitude Steel Corridors:
The first one is located at an elevation of 54.55 meters, a length of 19.15 meters, and a width of 9.5 meters. The total weight of the steel components of this layer is 22.2 tons. The two main beams are fish-belly H-shaped steel beams with dead weights of 7.1 tons and 5.1 tons, respectively. They are installed on the concrete corbels reserved on both sides of the building. The plan size of the larger corbel is 0.85 meters* 1.4 meters.
The second one is located at an elevation of 58.05 meters, a length of 19.15 meters, and a width of 9.5 meters. The total weight of the steel components of this layer is 19.2 tons. The two main beams are fish-belly H-shaped steel beams with dead weights of 5.32 tons and 5.1 tons, respectively. They are installed on the concrete corbels reserved on both sides of the building. The plan size of the larger corbel is 0.85 meters* 1.4 meters.
The third one is located at an elevation of 61.55 meters, a length of 19.15 meters, and a width of 9.5 meters. The total weight of the steel components of this layer is 21.6 tons. Among them, the two main beams are fish-belly H-shaped steel beams with dead weights of 6.56 tons and 5.1 tons, respectively. They are installed on the concrete corbels reserved on both sides of the building. The plan size of the larger corbel is 0.85 meters* 1.4 meters.

The installation of the steel corridor between #3-#5 and #3-#4 of this project needs to be hoisted by a car crane. Due to the characteristics of the project and site restrictions, the stacking and hoisting of the main steel components during the construction of the steel corridor (automotive Lifting) needs to be carried out on the roof of the underground garage. According to the actual requirements of on-site construction, the hoisting area is arranged. The scope of the hoisting area is tentatively determined to be 32.5 m×19.0 m. The specific location is shown in Figure 1. Considering the safety of the roof structure of the underground garage, it is necessary to reinforce the roof of the garage as the hoisting area, and the reinforcement shall be supported by scaffolding with steel pipe fasteners. In order to meet the construction requirements and ensure the stability of the roof, this plan is specially prepared.
General situation of underground garage roof structure: The basement structure has a height of 3.3 meters, and the roof adopts a dense ribbed shell floor. The strength of the roof beam and slab concrete is C35, the thickness of the slab is 150 mm, and the height of the primary and secondary rib beams is 500 mm.
